Shuttle Information

If you did not select the AC Hotel Worcester shuttle on your RSVP, but plan on taking a shuttle, please take it from the Beechwood Hotel or Homewood Suites.

Wedding Party: There will be private shuttles for members of the wedding party to the venue.

Arrival Shuttles:

Bus 1

Departs AC Hotel Worcester at 3:00 PM

Bus 2

Departs Beechwood Hotel at 2:45 PM

Departs Homewood Suites at 3:00 PM

Return Shuttles:

If needed: A shuttle will board at 8:50 PM, depart at 9:00 PM, and return to the venue shortly after.

Bus 1: Boards at 10:00 PM, departs at 10:10 PM, returns to AC Hotel

Bus 2: Boards at 10:00 PM, departs at 10:10 PM, stops at Beechwood Hotel, Homewood Suites, and AC Hotel

A Few Notes on Transportation

If you didn’t select a shuttle on your RSVP but would now like to take one back from the venue, you’re more than welcome to! Please plan to board from either the Beechwood Hotel or Homewood Suites.

If you drive to the venue, you’re welcome to take a shuttle back at the end of the night. Just make sure to return the next morning to retrieve your car by 9:40 AM.

Uber: Getting an Uber to the venue is generally easy. However, getting one from the venue at night can be hit-or-miss — so we recommend using the shuttle if possible!
